Every delivery requires a unique 6-digit SMS verification PIN generated at dispatch. The rider cannot complete the delivery status in the app until the recipient provides the valid PIN. On pay-on-delivery orders, a photo of the handover is mandatory before the job can close.
TumaBoda is a registered Data Controller with ODPC (Reg No: 225-596B-3FA2). All customer phone numbers, delivery coordinates, and PII are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Yes. Every rider undergoes official national ID verification, Certificate of Good Conduct screening, vehicle registration validation, and face-to-face onboarding. At pickup, scanning the rider's QR badge confirms it is the assigned rider — and the trip starts automatically.
